A new day a new haiku

Super life giver Lion breaker, love bringer Hyper light singer
I’m worth more than gold I cannot be bought or sold I never grow old
I am up a tree I am in the setting sun I make you feel free
I have many names Everyone wants to be me But no one knows how
We fall for winter And spring to life in summer Yet ever present
Beneath my coarse shell I am smooth and pale and clean No more shall I rot
For times of good cheer Bend hairy ears that can’t hear To whiskey and beer
A shiny brown egg The musty smell of nutmeg One thin wooden leg
