A new day a new haiku

Rising from fresh rain Summer mists keep us shining Radiant and bright
Blown over the hills Carried from forest to field Never stop to rest
Art, ever reaching And yet always falling short Never giving up
Just another boy Blend into the background noise Wait for the decoy
Fragile petal frills Entice bees and bugs to the Anther and stamen
Weeds always return A virus lying in wait The opportunist
Does a flower care If we admire her beauty? It’s her own reward
Whatever you have It will never be enough It will be too much
