A new day a new haiku

Ivy rise again How many years will it take To destroy this bridge?
Ivy brings down trees Climbing fictional boundaries And thus expounds free
Wherever I climb Though I wind and bend and twine I never quite fit
Glossy grey green veins Creep slowly across old skin New sap arising
Scrambling over Old walls and gates and fences Tumble and crumble
