A new day a new haiku

I can’t keep waiting For the skies to become clear Settle for the clouds
Clouds smeared on the blue Tarnishing the clear blue sky With all my mistakes
I am a rain cloud Once I was the deep blue sea Moving though the crowd
Rolling strolling clouds Ever changing never gone Ideas never die
Where the waters meet The strange ways of human hearts Everscending thoughts
We are only clouds Passing through the open blue Leaving but a trace
Cover me with clouds Let my mind be empty now Here I will lay down
Ever changing but Never different. This blue haze Clouding my vision
Black storm clouds gather Churning and turning the sky To dark confusion
Downy clouds lie low Along this murky green glen The rain has set in
I’m up in the clouds But I can’t hear a sound here Waiting to be found
Walk that road again Although black clouds are looming Somewhere the sun shines
