        It is impossible to live a life without regrets. Maybe if you’re a monk but even then I doubt it.

      2. It is easy to live life without regrets. Go vegan, live life for love, and find peace within through humble contemplation.

      1. Well, for some, there might be a little upstream swimming. You life, when lived correctly, is a regret free phenomenon; this is how it naturally flows. Meat, alcohol and drugs brings your body and mind to places and to do things that it should not do, and this causes regrets. Read my post called ‘Meditation.’ It has to be read slowly. It has some important guideposts.
